The Sentinel station is designed to deliver precise and real-time monitoring of air pollutants. Equipped with state-of-the-art sensors, it measures particulate matter and gases such as O3, CH4, NH3 and VOCs, helping you demonstrate compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Measurements
A 660 nm laser Optical Particle Counter classifies particles across 24 size channels, while electrochemical, NDIR and PID sensing covers the gas suite. Configure each station with up to seven gases to match your site's monitoring objectives.
Optical Particle Counter · 0.35–40 µm · 0–2 mg/m³ · 24 size channels
All fractions measured simultaneously in real time
Electrochemical / NDIR / PID sensing · typical sensor lifetime 24 months
Included as standard Optional selection
The Sentinel station is ready to integrate the full suite of meteorological parameters from the Observator Instruments portfolio, giving you pollution and weather data from a single platform.
Applications
Four application-specific configurations share the same proven platform, each tuned to the pollutants, integrations and duty cycle of its environment.
Urban air quality networks, Smart City and ITS projects, industrial zones, and scientific or educational programs — with remote access over wired or wireless networks.
Measures PM fractions plus NOx, O3, CO2 and VOCs around terminals and aprons. Ships with a noise sensor as standard and integrates with existing airport systems.
Tracks traffic-related pollutants (NOx, O3, NH3, TVOC) and comes standard with side-fire dual-beam radar for vehicle tracking and classification, plus a noise sensor.
Marine-grade 316L enclosure option for ports and coastal sites. Monitors particulates, SO2, NOx and VOCs to support compliance in harsh marine conditions.
